BURTON Albion youngsters Will Miller and Jack Hallahan paid a surprise visit to a Burton Albion Community Trust health and inclusion session this morning.
The Over 50s Fitness Session is designed to improve the fitness of people aged 50 and over, in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Dance instructor Amy Lewis, from Burton Albion Community Trust, leads the sessions at Winshill Methodist Church, Winshill, in which the exercise and dance routines used, are designed to help improve balance, co-ordination and strength.
The two Brewers players, who are both currently injured, took their time to support the hard work that the participants put into the session, offering advice, signing autographs and posing for photos. Fifteen participants were present on the morning, with the average age of participants being 80 years old.
