BURTON Albion first team players Stephen Bywater and Reece Hutchinson paid a visit to the Burton Albion Community Trust (BACT) Summer Soccer Schools this afternoon at the Burton Albion Community Football Centre 3G pitch.

The players made the short trip across from the Pirelli Stadium to the community facility following this morning’s training session at St George’s Park, getting involved in footballing activities and question and answer sessions.

Scott Taylor, Football Development Manager at BACT, said: "It’s been a great afternoon with the players stopping by for over an hour, something that gives our Soccer Schools that extra professional feel about them.

"Having a senior player such as Stephen Bywater and a younger player such as Reece Hutchinson is a great mix of professional footballers for our participants to get to meet, as the different types of advice that they can pass on is invaluable.

"They are both a credit to Burton Albion and the community work that the club does as a whole."

Both players took part in a drill-style shooting competition, followed by small-sided games which both players took part in ahead of Saturday’s season opener at home to Rochdale. Bywater and Hutchinson then ended the appearance by signing programmes and other Burton Albion merchandise.

We have a special offer for the remainder of our Soccer Schools where participants can book a full week (five days) for just £50 for the full week! Additionally, you can book in advance for £12 per day or by turning up on the day at Burton or Uttoxeter for just £14.
