BURTON Albion have been drawn at home against Aston Villa in the Second Round of the Carabao Cup.
The draw took place live on Sky Sports ahead of the live game between Sunderland and Sheffield Wednesday.
The Brewers were No 4 in the Northern section of the draw with the balls pulled out of the bags by Mick McCarthy and Chris Waddle.
Albion secured a Second Round place by beating Shrewsbury 2-1 on Tuesday night, coming from behind to win with goals from David Templeton and Lucas Akins.
The Brewers got to the Third Round of the competition last season, losing to Manchester United at Old Trafford.
The Aston Villa game will be played week commencing August 27 - date to be confirmed.
Ticket details will be released once the date of the match has been decided.
