BURTON Albion supporters were given the opportunity to meet some of their Brewers heroes and have merchandise signed in the club shop yesterday afternoon, while manager Nigel Clough made a special appearance.

John Brayford was joined by Academy graduates Ben Fox, Joe Sbarra and Reece Hutchinson to meet with Brewers fans as perused the wide variety of products available in the club shop.

Manager Nigel Clough also greeted supporters in the shop. He answered questions, posed for pictures and signed autographs.

The players were on hand to sign merchandise that was purchased and take pictures with supporters during what was the ideal time to do any last-minute Brewers Christmas shopping.

Suzanne Royston-Webb, Retail Coordinator, said: “It was brilliant to see so many people visiting the club shop and it’s great that, at such a busy time in the season, the fans were able to meet the players.”

Joe Sbarra was pleased to be able to meet with supporters at the signing session.

He said: “We were really pleased to see so many supporters come to the club shop and meet us. It is always great to be able to connect with the fans and it was a really enjoyable time for all of us.”

There is still time to get your Brewers gifts before Christmas and the club shop has something for all your Burton Albion needs!
