STRIKER Joe Mason has returned to his parent club Wolverhampton Wanderers following the expiration of his loan deal with Burton Albion.
The 26-year-old signed on loan from Wolves back in August and went on to make seven appearances for the Brewers.
Mason scored on his debut to earn Burton Albion a valuable point in a 1-1 draw with Sheffield Wednesday at the Pirelli Stadium.
He has had unfortunate luck with injuries and illness during his time at the Pirelli Stadium, which has limited his playing time for Nigel Clough's men.
