BURTON Albion will host Cardiff City in a pre-season friendly at the Pirelli Stadium on Saturday, July 28.
The friendly game (2pm kick-off) is our first confirmed home fixture ahead of the 2018/19 Sky Bet League One season.
Former Brewers manager Neil Warnock will return with his Bluebirds side, who won promotion from the Championship last term as runners-up to champions Wolves.
Warnock managed more than 300 games as Albion boss between 1980 and 1986, lifting the Northern Premier League Challenge Cup with The Brewers in 1983.
