THE first-ever Ascot Ladies Day event at the Pirelli Stadium has been hailed as a success.
Attendees to the event revelled in the Ascot action as races were shown live with multi-screen TV coverage, while guests also enjoyed a four-course lunch and a delicious afternoon tea.
There was an award for best dressed lady and gent, as well as a prize for the best hat, with guests enjoying a light-hearted day of racing action during one of the biggest days in the British racing calendar.
Guests were also treated to live music from a saxophonist and were also able to place bets through and on-site bookmaker in the Albion Suite.
Commercial Director Fleur Robinson said: “We are delighted with the success of Ascot Ladies Day. We hope that all of the guests had an enjoyable experience at the Pirelli Stadium.
“We would love to see everybody at next year’s event.”
