STRIKER Liam Boyce has been named in Northern Ireland’s squad for upcoming friendlies against Panama and Costa Rica.
Michael O’Neill has named his squad for the games, which sees Northern Ireland take-on Panama on Sunday 29th of May and Costa Rica on Sunday 3rd of June.
Boyce made his return to international football in March, after coming back from a serious Anterior Cruciate Ligament injury. He will now be hoping to add to his 11 caps and one international goal.
Boyce made his debut for Burton in February against Aston Villa and subsequently netted his first goal for the club. He played 16 Championship games and scored three times.
Two of those three goals came in wins over Derby County and Sunderland as the forward played a key role in Burton's good form in the final few games of the season.
