BURTON Albion fan Shiv Purandare was proudly representing The Brewers on his recent holiday to India - with father Sunit describing his son as "one in a billion"!
Standing proudly here in front of the famous Taj Mahal, the eight-year-old has been supporting The Brewers since he was five.
Shiv's first game was our 1-0 victory over Swindon Town in late December 2015, Albion taking victory courtesy of a late penalty from Shiv's favourite player Lucas Akins!
And Shiv is regularly at the Pirelli Stadium to watch his Brewers heroes, although he won't be sitting down to watch the team any time soon.
"Shiv strongly believes that if he goes in the stands to watch Burton Albion it brings luck to the team and the team performs very well," said mother Shruti.
"He was born and brought up in Burton and he has been supporting The Brewers since he was five.
"Shiv went to see Taj Mahal this Easter holidays and when he wore his Burton Albion shirt, he asked his dad 'am I the only one who is wearing Burton Albion shirt?'
"His dad said 'yes, you are Shiv - probably one in a billion!'"
