BEN Fox says the Brewers are aiming put a string of good results together, and the midfielder hopes to start it against Walsall tomorrow.

The Academy graduate has featured in 12 League One games this season, scoring once. In that time, he has seen Albion put in numerous good performances that have often not been reflected by the final score.

Having been defeated by Peterborough in their last League One fixture, Fox says the Brewers are determined to bounce back with a result in the league and hopes it could only be the start of some good form.

He said “We are not too far off it in the league, we just need to string some results together. Hopefully, this can be a springboard, starting with Saturday.

“Tuesday has been and gone now. We have got to look forward to Saturday. We have got to recover well and have a good session on Friday. I am sure that the gaffer will get us all motivated for it, like we were against Forest, for Saturday’s game.

“Our season has been inconsistent so far. From speaking to the lads that have been in League One, it is so important to put a string of results together because you can move up the league so quickly.

“We have got some big games coming up so if we could get some good results then that would be brilliant.”
