BURTON Albion’s Carabao Cup quarter final against Middlesbrough on December 18 (7:45 kick-off) will be aided by the use of VAR.
The technology, which was successfully used during the 2018 World Cup in Russia, will be present for all four Carabao Cup quarter final ties. This is the first time that the Brewers have played a fixture where VAR has been present.
Tickets are now on-sale for our first ever Carabao Cup quarter final match. The fixture will take place at the Riverside Stadium on Tuesday 18 December and will kick-off at 7:45 PM. The match will not be televised domestically.
Ticket prices for the match are as follows:

Over-65: £5.00
Under-18: £2.00
*These tickets are only available until 5pm on Friday, November 30. One ticket per season ticket holder only.

Wheelchair users pay the relevant price category with a personal assistant going free.
