3 October 2018

LIAM Boyce has been called up by Northern Ireland for their UEFA Nations League matches away to Austria and Bosnia & Herzegovina on Friday 12 October and Monday 15 October 2018 respectively.

Boyce has been in fine form for the Brewers this season, scoring in the opening three League One games of the season, as well as in Carabao Cup victories over Aston Villa and Burnley.

Boyce currently has 14 caps for Michael O’Neil’s side and has scored once. The forward will be hoping to add to both of those tallies when Northern Ireland face Austria on Friday 12 October, before travelling to face Bosnia and Herzgovina on Monday 15 October.

This means that the forward will miss Albion’s home fixture against Bristol Rovers on Saturday 13 October.
