STEPHEN Quinn says the Brewers need to do better at the ugly side of the game after dominating another League One match but still managing to lose to Wycombe 2-1.
The midfielder believes Albion have the talent to beat anyone but crucial mistakes at both ends of the pitch are costing them dear.
Quinn says that Albion need to "play the league a little bit better".
"When we break out and get on the ball we are really fluent and it's enjoyable to be a part of but when it gets ugly we need to be able to handle that part of the game.
"The boys are really talented but maybe we need to be not so naive.
"We are not defending well enough as a team and going forward we are creating umpteen chances and we are not finishing them. As a team we need to be more clinical - at both ends of the pitch.
"We all have to carry the load. We have to get up and support Boycey and when we do that take the chances.
"You can see we are a real threat going forward and are doing all the right things but need to finish teams off.
"We need to learn fast and turn these losses into draws and draws into wins as we have talent in abundance. I'm enoying playing but I'm not enjoying these results and they need to improve."
