BURTON Albion can confirm that our game away at Sunderland, originally scheduled for Saturday, September 7 (3pm), has been postponed.
The match was due to be played during the international period and Sunderland have received at least three international call-ups, meaning the fixture has been postponed.
The Brewers have had two full call-ups, with Nathan Broadhead selected for Wales U21s and Liam Boyce on international duty with Northern Ireland.
Keeper Kieran O'Hara has been selected in the provisional Republic of Ireland squad.
Further details on the date of the rearranged fixture and subsequent ticket details will be confirmed in due course.
