TO help Mind raise funds for vital services, they’re asking you to join them on the Mind United: Trek the Peak District challenge 2019.
Every year, one in four of us will experience mental health problems. That could be one person in every family, hundreds of football players and thousands of supporters. That is why the EFL and Mind have come together to tackle mental health – together we can be game changers!
This exciting event will take place in the scenic Peaks District National PARK, as a 12-hour overnight hiking challenge starting on Saturday, July 13 and finishing on Sunday, July 14.
The trek will take place through the night and participants will be rewarded with stunning sunrise views and a well earnt buffet breakfast paired with a glass of fizz upon completion.
This is a life changing experience and Mind will be on your side with a dedicated support team as you’re set to be challenged both mentally and physically.
The trek will be a test of fitness, endurance and team spirit.
