Hi all, I'm writing to update you all about the SLG group and our journey so far.
The group is made up of fans from different backgrounds and experience Burton Albion games from different angles.
As time has gone on our ideas and thoughts have developed and we have fed back people's views as well as our own back to the Club and are working together to hopefully allow you the supporters to have a voice and share your experiences and ideas.
We want to take this further as a group and develop so that we can improve the fan experience at games and involvement at Burton Albion. We now have an email address which goes direct to the group where all emails will be discussed in our six-weekly meetings and we will keep you updated via the minutes from these meetings on your points raised as we discuss them. The address is slg-bafc@outlook.com - all emails are to be related to the fans’ matchday experience only.
There are now posters around the ground with the make-up of the group and we are all happy to discuss in person at games, so please do come and speak to us. The more we have your views the more we can try to do to improve the Burton Albion experience for you the fans.
As with everything this is all a work in progress but as a group we are all keen to make a difference and help our fellow supporters.
