HARNESS LOOKS TO RECREATE UNBEATEN RUN AFTER DEFEAT

25 February 2019

MARCUS Harness says that the Brewers are determined to get back on track on track and put another unbeaten run together after Saturday’s narrow defeat to Fleetwood Town.

Harness was a constant bright spark for the Brewers against Fleetwood, with the Academy graduate proving a constant threat to the Cod Army’s clean sheet.

Prior to the 1-0 defeat, Albion had not been beaten in six League One games and had just managed an impressive point and clean sheet on the road against high-flying Barnsley.

Harness admits that they defeat is frustrating for Nigel Clough’s men, but the Brewers are focussed on putting another run of results together, starting with next weekend’s clash with Walsall at the Pirelli Stadium.

He said: "It's disappointing. The lads are all gutted in there, but we've had a good run and not lost in a long time. We'll be looking to get something like that going again, and hopefully we can get three points next week to make the last few weeks not a bad run of games.

"We have just been concentrating on that if we don't win, we don't lose. That's what we've been trying to do. The draws add up, so we were looking to just keep it going. Unfortunately, that hasn't happened.

"We've got another chance next week. We can't get too down, we just have to be ready for next week and get the three points."
