Grobbelaar will be appearing at the Pirelli Stadium on Thursday 28th November and tickets are now available for the evening!
One of the most colourful personalities in the game, Grobbelaar won six league titles while keeping net at Anfield as well as a European Cup, three FA Cups and three League Cups.
Beginning his career with the Vancouver Whitecaps in the North American Soccer League in 1979, the Zimbabwean keeper had a short loan spell at Crewe Alexandra in 1979-80 before moving to Merseyside, where he made 628 appearances over the next 13 years.
Grobbelaar played under three legendary Liverpool managers - Bob Paisley, Joe Fagan and Kenny Dalglish - before eventually leaving to join Southampton.
Known for his athletic ability and eccentric and flamboyant style of play, Grobbelaar was a firm favourite with the Kop faithful and undoubtedly has some incredible stories to tell.
Now Grobbelaar will be sharing memories from his storied career at the Pirelli Stadium this November, and you could be there to listen to one of football’s most memorable figures.
Tickets cost £55 per head - including a four-course meal and our excellent hospitality - with a 7pm arrival time followed by a 7.30pm start.
The evening will also feature an appearance from comedian Jed Stone.
