BURTON Albion Football Club is offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our Academy to recruit players that fit the Burton Albion Academy Philosophy of developing fearless, passionate, hard-working players who are purposeful in possession and resilient in defence whilst being well rounded young people.
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, hardworking and passionate about working within football. In addition to recruiting players, the successful candidate will be responsible for the co-ordination and recruitment of Academy Scouts (with the Academy Manager) and also formulating, organising and monitoring scout activity plans and reports.
Applicants must possess the FA Talent ID Level 1 Certificate, a full UK driving licence and will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills and will work closely with the Academy Manager and Lead Phase Coaches on the recruitment of players.
