BURTON Albion can confirm that midfielder Jamie Allen will join Coventry City.
Allen will move to the Sky Blues after the club accepted an undisclosed fee from Coventry for the 24-year-old.
The club signed Allen for an undisclosed fee from Rochdale back in August 2017, and Jamie went on to score nine goals in 80 appearances for the Brewers.
With one year left on his current contract, Allen leaves for an undisclosed fee, meaning the club will recoup some of the investment made two years ago.
Manager Nigel Clough said: “I want to thank Jamie for his service to Burton Albion over the last two years.
“He has been a fantastic professional in his time with us and we wish him all the best for the future.”
