We are seeking a highly capable and responsible Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of food and beverage both in the operational and sales function including ground catering and maximising the profitability of Burton Albion Football Club operations through the implementation of effective cost controls and supplier negotiation.
We are seeking a highly capable and responsible Sous Chef with previous experience in banqueting. The role will involve working closely with the Head Chef and hospitality team in producing, developing and delivering first class high quality food and beverages together with developing new and exciting menus.
This will include catering for conference & banqueting and match-day hospitality, food kiosks, together with managing the production and service from the kitchen and regularly evaluating food standards within the business.
