AFTER picking up a good result on Friday night, the Brewers will be looking to build on their momentum against Charlton Athletic this evening (7:45 kick-off).
HEAD 2 HEAD
Only one previous meeting has taken place between the two sides: November’s clash at the Pirelli Stadium.
Albion were beaten on that night as Charlton snatched a late 2-1 victory, despite being second best for much of the contest.
The Brewers will be hoping to exact revenge for that result at The Valley this evening.
BURTON ALBION TEAM NEWS
Manager Nigel Clough has a full squad to choose from ahead of tonight’s game. Albion came through Friday night’s win at Coventry City without any fresh concerns.
Clough has hinted that there could be a couple of changes on the cards, with the players being assessed this morning before tonight’s game.
CHALTON ATHLETIC TEAM NEWS
Midfielders Krystian Bielik and Jonny Williams are both doubts after picking up hamstring injuries in Saturday’s win over fellow high-flyers Portsmouth.
OFFICIALS
Thomas Bramall has refereed 12 League One games this season and has issued 27 yellow cards, one red card and has awarded one penalty.
Bramall will be assisted by Isaac Searle and Daniel Cook, while Daniel Leach will be the fourth official at The Valley.
