YOUNG goalkeeper Jack Livesey has joined Evo-Stik Northern Premier League Division One West side Newcastle Town until April 27.

Livesey, who joined Albion last season from Scottish side Partick Thistle, is yet to make a first team appearance for the Brewers, although he has spent time on-loan at Belper Town, Gresley FC and most recently Kidsgrove Athletic.

The young stopper has also featured for the club’s under 18s side in the EFL Youth Alliance this season, as well as in friendly games.

Livesey will now look to gain even more experience of playing first team football with Newcastle Town, who are currently 15th in the table.  Livesey could be in line to make his Newcastle Town debut at home against Colwyn Bay tomorrow.

A recall has been included after 28 days should The Brewers wish to implement it.
