THE Pirelli Stadium celebrated Mothering Sunday by hosting an inaugural Mother’s Day Sunday lunch.
A four-course meal was served, whilst accompanied by live music from singer Chris Baldwin, in the stadium’s Albion Suite.
All Mums took home a special gift of home-made fudge, whilst guests also had the opportunity to have a photograph taken in the dugouts of the stadium.
Fleur Robinson, Burton Albion FC’s Commercial Director, said: "It has been really nice to see so many people here to enjoy our inaugural Mother's Day Sunday lunch.
"It's a lovely occasion and we are looking forward to hosting more events of this kind based on today's success, including for Father's Day in June."
Amongst the guests was Amanda Lewin, who won tickets to enjoy Sunday lunch with her mother and daughter.
Amanda said: "It has been a lovely day with my mother and daughter.
"I'm here every week supporting the team anyway, but it's nice to be able to come and have a lovely afternoon here for lunch."
