BURTON Albion's Young Brewers will be back in action this evening, playing their second round FA Youth Cup tie against Bolton Wanderers.

Having overcome Chesterfield with a 2-1 away victory, the Academy squad return home and to the Pirelli Stadium, for a 7pm kick-off.

A further home tie against Millwall awaits for the winners.

The Brewers come off the back of a 2-0 win in the EFL Alliance Youth Cup group stages, whilst their entry into the second round of the FA Youth Cup came from a 2-1 victory away at Chesterfield.

Watched by members of the Burton Albion first-team, including manager Nigel Clough and skipper Jake Buxton, the U18 squad came back from 1-0 down with goals from Tom Hewlett and Yewo Nyirenda.

Captain Tom Hewlett described the win as "just the starting point", and the Young Brewers will be hoping for a similar outcome in this second round fixture.

Manager: Nicky Spooner.

Bolton Wanderers U18's received a bye straight into the second round. Although winless in their last five, the young Bolton squad have scored 10 goals in those matches, with four coming in an eight-goal thriller against their Leeds United counterparts.
