BURTON Albion will play Halesowen Town in the Birmingham Senior Cup Second Round on Tuesday, December 17 (7.45pm kick-off).
The match will be played at The Grove, home of Halesowen, who play in the BetVictor Southern League Division One Central.
Albion defeated Hednesford Town 6-3 away from home in the First Round to advance to this stage.
We have met Halesowen several times over the years. Our game on December 17 will occur almost exactly 69 years to the day that the two sides first met in league action - with the Brewers and the Yeltz playing out a 1-1 draw on December 16, 1950.
