THE latest Club Albion event at the Pirelli Stadium saw marketing expert David Mitchell offer top tips to members of the networking group.
Around 25 businesses were represented at the capacity event, which is one of a series held at the home of Burton Albion for members.
Club Albion is a networking group that uses the powerful brand of football and Burton Albion to bring businesses together and help them harness their potential.
David, the MD at Midlands-based firm The Marketing People, said: “We have attended several events at Burton Albion and we are thoroughly impressed. It’s a great venue with great facilities, is very well organised, friendly and with helpful staff, and fantastic contacts were made with key decision makers. It is how business networking should be done.”
Club Albion organiser Raj Athwal said: “This is the fourth season we have run the business club and it goes from strength to strength. The key element about Club Albion is that all the members are decision makers, we insist on that.
“We only allow two companies per industry to join which gives us the diversity of businesses.
“David was an inspirational speaker and his insightful presentation had everybody engaged.”
