BURTON Albion fans are reminded that our upcoming game at home to Coventry City will be played this coming SATURDAY, not Friday.
The game was previously rearranged for the Friday to avoid a fixture clash with Derby County, who were playing Cardiff City at home. That game at Pride Park was then brought forward to the Friday night for live television coverage, meaning our fixture with Coventry had to then be put back to the original Saturday.
This second enforced rearrangement was also out of the club's hands and came well after our Season Ticket cards and fixture posters went to print, meaning many unfortunately carry the incorrect date of the Friday night.
So please do not head to the Pirelli Stadium on Friday night expecting any football under the floodlights - we will take on the Sky Blues the following day at 3pm!
