NEVER MISS A MOMENT WITH IFOLLOW BREWERS

26 August 2020

WITH matches this season being played behind closed doors initially, our iFollow Brewers channel is more important than ever in keeping you up-to-date with all things Burton Albion. Whether it’s watching live streams of games, receiving updates from the club or viewing exclusive video interviews then iFollow Brewers is where you need to be.

Many of our fans are already registered for iFollow Brewers but in case you are not or need a reminder here is our guide to all you need to know

WHAT IS iFOLLOW BREWERS?

iFollow Brewers is the club’s in-house channel bringing you video interviews with Jake Buxton and the Brewers players pre and post-match. It’s also where you can follow the games live – through the Match Centre on game days with up-to-the-minute stats and text commentary and with live audio passes and live video streams.

HOW TO GAIN ACCESS TO IFOLLOW BREWERS

The iFollow Brewers channel can be found on the club website here https://www.burtonalbionfc.co.uk/ifollow/

You need to be a registered user. If you are simply log in.

If you aren’t then register for a free account. If you are already registered on the club ticketing system you MUST use the same email address.

A free account gives you access to the club’s weekly newsletter and a selection of free-to-view videos. Once you have an account you can also buy Match Passes. You can buy audio Match Passes with live audio commentary or video Match Passes* with video plus audio commentary so you can watch the game as it happens.

*For selected games

HOW MUCH IS IFOLLOW BREWERS?

Opening an account is free. You can buy single audio Match Passes for £2.50 and a single video Match Pass for £10. Not all games are available to stream. You can check which games are available on the club website.

WHAT IF I AM A BURTON ALBION SEASON TICKET HOLDER?

Burton Albion Season Ticket Holders will be able to stream home Sky Bet League One games that are held behind closed doors for free. Season Ticket Holders will be issued with a voucher code that will be sent to their registered email address. Once the code has been received, go to the relevant game, click on BUY MATCH PASS but instead of paying insert the code on the email. Please note: Only one code per Season Ticket Holder. Do not pass on your code as this will mean that you won’t be able to access the game. Season Ticket Holders will have to buy a Match Pass for cup games.

HOW DO I WATCH THE STREAMED GAMES?

You can watch the games on your PC, tablet or mobile phone. Go to www.burtonalbionfc.co.uk, open the Match Centre and if you have bought a Match Pass you will be able to log in and watch the game. Alternatively, you can use the brand new EFL iFollow app – further details below.

CAN I WATCH THE GAME ON MY TV?

You will need to link your computer to your TV with a HDMI cable.

WHAT DO I NEED TO ENJOY THE GAME?

An internet connected device – PC, tablet, phone

A good consistent wifi connection

An up-to-date operating system and compatible browser. To check this, register for an account and watch any video in the iFollow channel. If you can view the video, you will be able to watch a live stream

WHAT IF USE THE CLUB APP?

This season the EFL has moved from individual club-branded apps to a new central ‘EFL iFollow’ app.

If you have the old club app you will need to upgrade to the new one

HAVING TROUBLE AS KICK OFF APPROACHES?
