BURTON Albion Community Trust (BACT), is delighted to receive the Investors in People, We invest in people, gold accreditation.
Gold accreditation means that BACT has got the policies in place but more than that, it means everyone – from our Head of Community to apprentices takes ownership for making them come to life.
Only 17% of accredited organisations achieve Gold.
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Burton Albion Community Trust. Gold accreditation on 'We invest in people' is a fantastic effort for any organisation, and places BACT in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
Commenting on the award, Matt Hancock, Head of Community, said: “We’re delighted to have received gold accreditation for Investors in People, which recognises that our organisation supports and manages our staff correctly. This is another huge achievement for everybody associated with BACT and we can confidently move forward on our journey of continuous improvement as a charity.
“We believe that the success of our organisation begins and ends with people. If we do that we make our community stronger, healthier and happier.”
