LINCOLN City’s LNER Stadium, more commonly known as Sincil Bank, is the destination for the Brewers this weekend. Find out more in our preview below.
HEAD 2 HEAD
This is the second meeting between ourselves and the Imps this season, the first being a 2-0 home defeat in December at the Pirelli Stadium.
Our most recent visit to Sincil Bank was in September 2010, where the Brewers draw 0-0 in League Two.
Our overall form against the Imps is good, with only one defeat in five meetings. Our first victory in the Football League came away at Sincil Bank on the 22 August 2009, with Ryan Austin and Russell Penn getting the goals in each half respectively.
BREWERS TEAM NEWS
The major doubts ahead of this weekend are Conor Shaughnessy and Richard Nartey, with both of the young loanees suffering with muscle problems.
Manager Nigel Clough has described Shaughnessy as being “50-50” ahead of Lincoln City, whilst Richard Nartey is yet to return from his parent club Chelsea where he has been receiving treatment.

Lincoln City announced on Monday the signing of defender Alan Sheehan, who joined on a free transfer following his release from Luton Town.
The Imps are currently in a bit of a rut, with only two draws and no wins in their last six games. Their most recent result was a 0-0 draw to Gillingham on Saturday 22 February, and this weekend they will be fresh from a two-week break, owing to missing last weekend’s match week due to the suspension of Bury.
MATCH OFFICIALS
Saturday’s referee will be Scott Oldham, assisted by Geoffrey Middle, Bhupinder Gill, and the fourth official will be Gareth Mellor.
Oldham has officiated the Brewers once this season, during our 4-3 away victory at Bolton Wanderers on New Years Day. He has also officiated Lincoln City once this season, during their 3-1 away loss to Doncaster Rovers in the group stages of the EFL Trophy in early September.
He has refereed 14 matches in League One this season, and in those has issued 33 yellow cards, one of which was converted to red, one straight dismissal and one penalty.

Away supporters will be seated in the Stacey West Stand, which is the southern side of the stadium behind the goal.
Tickets have now gone off sale, but they will be available to purchase on the day. Supporters will be able to pay in cash only for entry to the ground, at Ticket Paypoint 2 from 1.30pm.

Family tickets can only be bought in the Club Shop and not online.
Supporters with disabilities should have a medium/high level of Disability Living Allowance and any rate of PIP to qualify for a concession rate. Complimentary helpers’ tickets are only issued upon proof of a high rate of DLA or enhanced rate of PIP.
Away travel is available as normal for supporters who wish to utilise the club’s official coaches from the Pirelli Stadium. We are now on our second official supporters coach, and seats are still available if you wish to book your seat from the Pirelli Stadium.
