BURTON Albion and long-standing sponsors Pirelli will be continuing their partnership for the 2021/22 League One season.
The tyre manufacturer has had a long-established close working relationship with the Brewers with the Pirelli Stadium bearing the company’s name.
Pirelli is based just up the Derby Road from the stadium and has shared many staff fun days with Burton Albion as well.
Burton Albion Chairman Ben Robinson said: “As close neighbours with shared values we have always enjoyed a great relationship with everyone at Pirelli.
“We were extremely grateful that they continued to support us throughout the pandemic even though crowds weren’t allowed into the stadium, and we had to play behind closed doors.
“Now with fans coming back into the Pirelli Stadium for the start of what we are sure will be an exciting new season we are delighted that our partnership will continue.
“We look forward to sharing some more great football moments with our friends from Pirelli over the coming months.”
