BURTON Albion FC wants to thank fans for buying more than 14,000 iFollow Brewers Match Passes in the 2020/21 season.

With the games played behind closed doors due to coronavirus last season, watching the games live on iFollow Brewers was the best way to keep up with the team on matchdays.

And fans responded by buying a total of 14,130 Match Passes.

In addition, Season Ticket Holders were given free access to all 23 home League One games and 725 took up the opportunity to watch the live streams over the course of the season.

With the revenue generated coming back to the club, it was an important source of revenue for the football club.

Chairman Ben Robinson said: “We want to say a big thank you to all our supporters who watched the games on iFollow Brewers.

“The service was already established before last season, but because of the pandemic was a great asset for both supporters and the club last year.

“We want to see you all back at the Pirelli Stadium but if you can’t get to see games live for any reason, then buying an iFollow Brewers Match pass is a great way to be part of the action.

“International annual passes go on sale soon, so if you are a Burton Albion fan living abroad you can watch our games live with a special earlybird price of just £140, so wherever you are in the world you don’t have to miss a Brewers game.”

The International Passes go on sale in July. Details of domestic iFollow Match passes will be announced soon.

International Passes are available from July 1 BY CLICKING HERE.

Further details about the length of the early bird window for international season passes will be confirmed in due course.
