FIRST team goalkeepers Ben Garratt and Callum Hawkins took time to visit one of Burton Albion Community Trust's holiday camp sessions.
The Brewers shotstoppers dropped by the Burton Albion Community Football Centre 3G last Thursday for some fun and training based activites, as well as answering questions about goalkeeping and life as a proffesional footballer.
Following the session, Garratt said: "It was incredible to see so many young people still wanting to be keepers when they grow up.
"It's a strange position on the pitch as your mistakes are intensified so seeing so many aspiring shotstoppers is amazing!
"Burton Albion do a great job in the local community and this goes to show what a great variety of sessions they have."
Community engagement manager Paul Gaskin said: "The numbers on soccer camps have been huge and they've been so much fun to run. Having so many of the men's first team players giving up their time and visiting them has made them so much better too!"
Burton Albion Community Trust Soccer Camps continue to run across the school summer holidays and end on 25 August.
The sessions operate at two different locations, with one taking place at the Burton Albion Community Football Centre at the Pirelli Stadiu,m and the other at Holland Sports Club in Barton-Under-Needwood.
