BURTON Albion will be introducing a seated family area for the 2022-23 season.
Block 7 in the Carling (South Stand) will now be allocated for family use in addition to the area in the Raygar (North) Stand, giving supporters both a standing and seating option for the coming season.
The number of seats available will be limited and the seated family area may not be available at all games
The seated family area is where you can expect to find honesty flags to use during the game, where Billy Brewer will visit prior to kick off and where other activities aimed at children will be targeted.
In addition, everyone is welcome at our pre-match Family Zone, with activities taking place at the Community Football Centre 3G pitch in the build up to each home game.
Head of Community Matt Hancock said: “Our fan engagement process has identified a seated family area as one of the priorities for our supporters and we are pleased to be able to respond by providing this, despite seated space being limited at the Pirelli Stadium.
“With our family area on the terrace continuing that will give supporters the choice they have asked for.
“Being family-friendly is part of Burton Albion’s ethos and we are proud of our Family Excellence Award and are always looking to continually improve our offer to families.”
