FOOTBALL never sleeps and preparations for the 2022/23 campaigns are already underway across Burton Albion Football Club.
And any players looking for trials with our Women’s first team – and our brand new development team – can now apply to come down to training on Wednesday evenings.
Not only would any potential players be joining a fantastic squad, you would also have the benefit of several club facilities including training on the 3G pitch at the Pirelli Stadium and use of the club’s in-house gymnasium during training sessions.
Training sessions are taken by UEFA-qualified coaches, including a specialist strength and conditioning coach for the senior Women’s team.
Last season the women’s first team played their final game of the season on the Pirelli Stadium pitch, as well as taking on Doncaster Rovers Belles at the Keepmoat Stadium - with the prospect of playing at the Pirelli again in 22/23!
The first team also travel together for all away games – it truly is a fantastic experience to represent the Brewers!
