BURTON Albion will host Sky Bet Championship side Birmingham City at the Pirelli Stadium in the first of our confirmed 2022/23 pre-season fixtures.
The Brewers will take on Lee Bowyer's Blues and the likes of Troy Deeney, Scott Hogan and Neil Etheridge on Saturday, July 16 with a 2pm kick-off, with other friendlies to be confirmed in due course.
City will be looking to kick on again in the second tier next term having comfortably avoided relegation, ultimately finishing 10 points clear of the drop zone.
The Brewers will find out their 2022/23 Sky Bet League One schedule in little over a month's time on the morning of Thursday, June 23.
