10 November 2022

IT’S a return to Sky Bet League One action for the Brewers as we take on Charlton Athletic on Saturday, November 12, with a 3pm kick off.

Burton Albion and Charlton have played each other six times in the league with the Brewers having won only two of those games, losing the other four. Both our wins came in the 2020/21 season with a 4-2 home victory followed by a 2-1 away win.

The referee will be Will Finnie. In the 14 games he has officiated this season, he has shown 43 yellow cards and one red card.

The assistant referees will be Richard Woodward and Mark Jones, with Declan Ford as the fourth official.

There will be a bucket collection at the game for Diabetes UK.

You can also purchase poppies and pin badges to support the Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal.

There will be a minute’s silence and a playing of the Last Post before kick-off  as this is our official Remembrance game. We will remember all those who have made the ultimate sacrifice in conflicts across the world.

Our regular Family Zone activities are taking place before the game.

Come and try out football, archery, inflatable fun, colouring and much more across the Astro pitch and inside the community building.

Billy Brewer will be on hand so be sure to come down from 1.30pm on Saturday afternoon - the fun is open to both home and away fans!

There is plenty more information for young fans on the club website such as the history of the club, how to become a mascot and fun things to do such as our autograph and colouring sheets which you can download now - click here to visit our Family Section!

We have a wide range of food and drink inside - including jacket potatoes, hot dogs, burgers, chips and our famous faggots and peas. Chips are just £2.50, a burger is £3.20. Pies and pasties are £3.

By popular demand Madri beer will now be available in all home bars.
