MALONE GROUP PAYS VISIT TO PIRELLI STADIUM

BURTON Albion FC and Malone Group are forging a successful partnership that was further enhanced by a visit to the Pirelli Stadium by the company’s Board of Directors.

Malone Group has taken an executive box on matchdays for three seasons and the company artwork is now on the wall with a mission statement declaring the firm and the club’s shared vision for supporting the community.

Chairman Ben Robinson MBE DL who is currently High Sheriff of Staffordshire welcomed the visitors in his ceremonial attire and gave a presentation about the historic role as well as the club’s community commitments.

Burton Albion Head of Community Matt Hancock also delivered a presentation showcasing the work of the club’s charity arm and explaining about BACT’s pandemic response and successful delivery of hundreds of thousands of Covid vaccines at the Pirelli Stadium.

After lunch the guests from Malone Group were also given a tour of the dressing rooms and learned about the history of the football club.

Ben Robinson said: “It’s always great to work with like-minded companies who share our desire to make an impact on the community. Supporting the football club helps us deliver in the community on a day-to-day basis and the backing of companies like the Malone Group is vital.
