DEFENDER Adrian Mariappa and on-loan Everton midfielder Tyler Onyango have left Burton Albion.
Mariappa signed a short-term deal with the Brewers, but will now become a free agent as he seeks his next move.
The 36-year-old Jamaican international made 13 appearances in total since joining in October, including one goal which came in added time during November’s 2-2 draw with Plymouth Argyle.
Onyango joined on a season-long loan deal from the Toffees in the summer and made 16 league appearances for the Brewers, including 11 starts, but will now return to Goodison Park.
Manager Dino Maamria said: “Mapps has been terrific both on and off the pitch since coming in. He’s helped us in every way possible during his time here and leaves with our best wishes.
"With Tyler, again we thank him for his contribution. He's an absolutely fantastic young man, he's got a really good future ahead of him and we wish him all the best for the future."
Everyone at Burton Albion would like to wish Adrian and Tyler all the best for the future and would like to thank them for their service to the club.
