FANS CAN ACCESS DON AMOTT TERRACES AT PRE-SEASON GAMES

20 July 2023

BREWERS fans will be able to stand behind the goal and watch the pre-season games against West Brom and Stoke from the Don Amott (West) Stand.

The club had taken the decision not to open the stand due to low ticket sales and facilities will remain closed, but fans are being given the option of moving behind the goal.

All home supporters standing at the game will have to enter through turnstiles K, L, M and N at the rear of the Raygar (North) Stand.

But at the direction of stewards, fans will be able to move to the Don Amott Stand to watch the game.

Supporters should note that the bar, refreshment kiosk and toilets in the Don Amott will be closed and there will be no entry through the Don Amott Stand turnstiles.

Brewers Chairman Ben Robinson said: “We know that some of our regular fans love to watch home games from the Don Amott Stand but have been appreciative of the fact that with low ticket sales it’s not cost effective to open the stand as normal.

“Hopefully this option allows them to use the turnstiles and facilities in the Raygar Stand but then still watch the game from their usual position behind the goal.”

Home fans can pay in cash at the turnstiles for these fixtures.
