ANOTHER GRADUATE of the Burton Albion Academy, Ben signed his first professional deal with the Brewers in the summer of 2022.
Capable of playing in midfield or defence, Radcliffe spent six seasons in the academy set up. He spent the 2021-22 campaign on loan at Mickleover before scopping the Scholar of the Year Award at the subsequent end of season Awards Evening.
He made over 40 appearances during the 2022/23 season whilst on loan at National League North side Banbury. It was against Cambridge United in May 2023 where Radcliffe made his first team debut, replacing fellow Academy grduate Thierry Latty-Fairweather. Playing at right-back, he impressed during a 1-0 victory.
