THIERRY was one of four Burton Albion Academy graduates to earn professional contracts in the summer of 2021.
A strong and athletic full-back with the ability to play with two feet, Latty-Fairweather enjoyed two loan spells in the 2021/22 season with Grantham Town and Guiseley, scoring on his National League North debut for the Lions away at AFC Fylde.
He signed a year extension to his contract for the 2022/23 season and spent most of the campaign on loan at Hereford before being recalled from the Bulls and given his first team debut for the Brewers during a 0-0 draw away at Cheltenham Town. He went on to make three further appearances for the Brewers.
