Burton Albion has an exciting opportunity for a Sales, Marketing & Advertising Executive to join our current Sales & Marketing and hospitality team.
The purpose of this role is to further develop and engage with our existing customers and to also develop new business in a growing market and we are therefore seeking a highly motivated and well organised individual with an exceptional eye for detail, to carry out this demanding role which requires thorough planning and the ability to be reactive is essential. The role will involve being responsible for efficiently co-ordinating the Sales & Marketing side of the business, including Advertising, Hospitality Events and to also oversee and co-ordinate our Corporate Hospitality along with other club events which are held regularly at the Stadium.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a sales environment with proven administrative and excellent organisational skills.
Previous experience within a hospitality environment is preferred, or if you have sound knowledge and an understanding of excellent customer service within a Sales & Marketing environment, we would like to hear from you.

Burton Albion Football Club is offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our Academy Medical team. This is an excellent opportunity for those wishing to apply their skills within a professional football club environment and to work with young footballers within a thriving Club Academy.
We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, hardworking, and passionate about working within football. The successful candidate will be based at the Pirelli Stadium, in addition to our Academy training and games programme facility, St Georges Park. This is a part-time role requiring flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends, plus travel to potential away fixtures.
Required Working Days:
Essential – Tuesday evening, Sunday AM/PM.
Desirable – Monday evening, Friday evening.
Mandatory Qualification:
Physiotherapy/Sports Therapy BSc (Completed or being undertaken).
Intermediate Trauma and Medical Management in Football (ITMMiF).
Desirable Qualification:
Advanced Trauma Medical Management in Football (ATMMiF)
Successful candidates will aid in the provision of medical services throughout the Academy to assist with the rehabilitation of injured Academy players as directed by the Lead Academy Physiotherapist. Working closely with the Lead Academy Physiotherapist and the coaching department, the successful candidate will ensure all aspects of player diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation are communicated. Candidates will possess excellent communication skills and are proactive, with the ability to work calmly under pressure.

service to support in all aspects of food and beverage. This is a hands-on role where you will be expected to take your own initiative in the preparing and planning ahead for events, and share our passion in maintaining and delivering consistent excellent standards of service, ensuring the best
possible experience for our customers.
Your main responsibilities will be welcoming and serving guests, managing stock, placing stock orders, organising the staff rota and ensuring product quality working with a team of bar staff, you must be able to delegate tasks to ensure the smooth running of the bars, and have a friendly and approachable manner.
In addition, we require someone who is willing to help and support other team members in working together across all other departments within the Hospitality Team when required to do so. This will involve various tasks including preparing and organising the set up of conference and meeting rooms, and working closely alongside the Bar Manager & Conference & Events Team to carry out any
supportive duties to ensure the smooth running of all events are completed to a high standard.
We require someone who has previous experience within the industry and be passionate about the service we offer and demonstrate proven qualities in being reactive to problem solving with prompt effectiveness. Flexibility in working hours will be required due to the nature of the business needs and our busy events diary, and will include working match days, weekends, evenings, bank holidays. We will also require the successful candidate to be flexible with their working hours to suit our business needs during the Christmas party season. You must possess excellent communication skills, be a good timekeeper, possess an enthusiasm for excellence in customer service, a ‘can do’ attitude’ and have high standards of personal appearance.

Job Title: Safety Team Steward
Location: The Pirelli Stadium, Burton Albion Football Club
Type of Contract: Seasonal Rolling Contract, Match Day - permanent
Reporting To: Safety Officer
PURPOSE & JOB ROLE:
Burton Albion are looking to recruit a number of Safety Team Stewards to work first team home matches along with any other adhoc matches that may be played at the Pirelli Stadium. The role requires Stewards to be proactive in the provision of safety, security and customer service to
everyone attending Burton Albion matches at the Pirelli Stadium. The role requires working predominantly weekends along with some evenings and bank holidays.
MAIN ACCOUNTIBILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stewards will report directly to the Safety Officer and:
• Comply at all times with BAFC Code of Conduct and Club Values
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety
• Attend pre and post-match briefing sessions and ensure you understand the instructions
given
• Control and direct spectators with courtesy and consideration and support the Safety Team in
delivering a safe and enjoyable experience
• Attend training sessions as required
• Complete all tasks as reasonably requested by the Safety Team before, during and after the
match
• Adhere to the Club Stewards dress code of black trousers, white shirt and black shoes which
will be worn along with the hi-visibility jacket/bib which will supplied by the Club
• The Steward role at Burton Albion is primarily one of customer service and you will be
expected to provide advice and support to visitors when required

• Take responsibility for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues and other members of the public who may be affected by your acts or omissions at work
