NIGEL CLOUGH'S FULHAM VERDICT

13 September 2016

NIGEL Clough has said tonight's draw against Fulham at Craven Cottage is a 'brilliant point'.

He said: "It's a brilliant point and we'd have taken that at the start of the night especially considering the players we had missing.

"To get to the 92nd or 93rd minute like we did to be 1-0 ahead it's always disappointing the manner in which we conceded the goal."

The Brewers conceded in the 93rd minute and the Albion manager says the draw feels like a defeat.

"It does (feel like a defeat) but having said that to get a point away from home and be five unbeaten now," said Clough.

He added: "We've been to Wolves and Fulham and come away unbeaten, that's not bad going.

"We had no Mousinho tonight, no Ward, no Turner, no McFadzean and no Akins, with all that in the mix as well as people playing out of position it's a superb point."
