AFTER more than 1,500 junior footballers created a “brilliant atmosphere” at the Fleetwood home game Burton Albion will be offering all youngsters the chance to see a key match for just £1.
The club has announced a Kids for a Quid promotion at the Easter Saturday clash with Oldham – which will be screened live on Sky.
At the game, which kicks off at 12.30pm, juniors can gain admission for just £1 if bought alongside an accompanying adult ticket. The offer is for the terraces only and does not apply to seats.
Burton Albion commercial director Fleur Robinson said: “There was a brilliant atmosphere at our Junior Club Day and now we want to make sure all youngsters can come and enjoy what promises to be a very exciting game as we push for promotion to the Championship.
“We pride ourselves at Burton Albion on our family-friendly atmosphere and we hope to see as many youngsters as possible take up this offer - especially as there are very few Junior League fixtures taking place that day.”
The Kids for a Quid offer applies to the Oldham home game on Saturday, March 26, kick off 12.30pm. Junior £1 tickets must be purchased at the same time as an adult ticket.
Tickets are available online until 5.30pm on Good Friday or in the club shop at the Pirelli Stadium until noon on Good Friday, March 25.
