Information for supporters
Burton Albion would like to welcome all supporters to the Pirelli Stadium. The staff at the club are on hand between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday to assist you with any queries you may have on 01283 565938.
Burton Albion prides itself on being a family-friendly club with a safe and enjoyable atmosphere within the stadium on matchdays. It is recommended that families with young children choose to sit in the Main Stand of the Pirelli Stadium rather than stand on the terraced sections of the stadium.
Fans aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets can be purchased in advance by contacting the club on 01283 565938 or online by clicking here.
For some games only fans who have pre-registered on the ticketing system can buy on-line.
Tickets for each match are usually available 2-3 weeks prior to each game.
Supporters who wish to stand on the terrace can buy tickets in advance or pay in cash on their way through the appropriate turnstiles at most games.
If a game is designated a ‘priority fixture’ then all supporters need a ticket and there is no cash-on-the-turnstiles admission.
Away fans cannot purchase tickets for the home terraces or seats. Any away fans who are found to be in possession of a ticket for any of the home sections will be refused entry and any refunds will be at the discretion of the club.
All fans maybe asked for proof of address when purchasing tickets and when collecting them from the Pirelli Stadium. The club reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone unable to do this.
All pre-purchased tickets are to be collected from the club shop next door to the main reception.
Fans purchasing tickets on the day of the game will pay matchday prices which will be higher than advanced prices.
Refunds will only be considered if the tickets are returned no later than 24 hours prior to the kick off time of the match.

Tickets are usually allocated on a priority basis with sponsors, VPs, season ticket holders, Vice Presidents and regular away travel supporters given an option to purchase tickets prior to sale to the general public to the ticket office no later than 24 hours before the time of the kick-off of the match, when played.
In the event of a rearranged fixture, ticket holders will be entitled to receive free admission on the date of the rearranged game. Refund tickets will be issued if buyers are unable to attend the rearrangement. Refunds are given to supporters provided that the original tickets are returned to the ticket office within 14 days of the original match being called off. Tickets must be returned in their original state. Away tickets are issued at the opponent’s discretion.

In exceptional circumstances, the club may make a discretionary refund on a case-by-case basis, but cannot guarantee it will make any refund.
