GARETH Southgate officially opened Burton Albion Community Trust's new floodlit all-weather pitch today.
Here are some of the best pictures from today's events.Speaking about the new facility, the England boss Gareth Southgate said: "You've now got a community facility that can be used any hour of the day if someone is prepared to open it 365 days a year - and that makes a massive difference because we are losing pitches and fields.
"It's difficult for local authorities to maintain pitches so when you can get something like this and you can see how much enjoyment it is bringing, it is great.
"It's an opportunity for everyone to go and play – the benefits in terms of health and well-being are enormous and in the society that we are in now, are really important."
